Shipping Information
At Saucony Store, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs delays. We currently ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following information carefully:
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Package the item(s) securely and include the RAN inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the new item you would like to receive in your return request. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item to you. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
