Returns & Exchanges
At Saucony Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our website menu and product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:
- Blouses & Shirts
- Casual Dresses
- Fall Dresses
- Floral Dresses
- Ruffle Dresses
- Smocked Dresses
- Sweatshirts & Hoodies
Please note that these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Package the item(s) securely and include the RAN inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the new item you would like to receive in your return request. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item to you. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
